DARLINGTON A funeral service for Mrs. Janet Lynn Anderson Atkinson, wife of Timothy "Timmy" Walker Atkinson will be at 1:00 pm, Wednesday, February 23, 2011 in Cain Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12:00-1:00 pm. Interment will follow at Mt. Olive Cemetery. Mrs. Atkinson, 52, died February 20, 2011, in Florence. She was born September 5, 1958, in Timmonsville, SC, to the late John Lewis Anderson Sr. and Linda Marie Waldrop Stokes. Surviving in addition to her husband are: daughter, Angela (Shenard) Cottingham of Darlington; sister, Belinda (Watson) Anderson; brothers, Ronnie Anderson, Wayne (Geraldine) Anderson, and John Anderson; grandchildren, Keenan Cottingham, Mariah Cottingham, and Jonathan Cottingham; 1 step-son; 1 step-daughter; and 3 step-grandchildren.
