Jane C. Harvey, 63, who lived in Washington, Pennsylvania for most of her life died on Saturday, December 6, 2008. Jane Harvey passed away in Florence, South Carolina where she retired with her husband of 35 years. She was born to the late James and Mabel Clutter in Crabapple (Greene County) on September 7, 1945. She was a graduate of West Greene High School in 1963. Jane married Robert Harvey of Pittsburgh in 1973 and made their residence near Taylorstown. Jane worked for Superior Valve Company for 14 years where she became team leader in valve testing. Jane is survived by her husband, her son Brian that now resides in Florence, South Carolina, her sister Sylvia Stoneking and brother Roger Clutter both of Greene County. She is also survived by her 8 month old granddaughter Addison. Jane was a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother, and friend to all that knew her. She will be dearly missed.
