Darlington, SC Jackie "Jack" Owens Hodge, Jr., 59, of Darlington, S.C., died Tuesday, October 21, 2014 at McLeod Regional Medical Center. He was born in Florence, S.C., a son of Jackie Owens Hodge, Sr. and Joyce Turner Hodge. Jack was employed with Southern Comfort Air Systems, formerly Evans Sheet Metal in Florence and worked in HVAC all his life. He loved the outdoors, fishing and working in his yard. Jack is predeceased by his wife, Robin Lambert Hodge. He is survived by his parents of Manning, S.C.; one brother, Steve L. Hodge of Manning, S.C.; his aunt, Betty Finley; great niece, Linda (Jim) Cumbus of Florence, S.C.; one great nephew, Wesley Finley of Florence, S.C.; and his mother and father-in-law, Richard and Vonnie Lambert of Darlington, SC. Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 24, 2014, at 11:00 AM at Cain Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 10:00 until 11:00, prior to the service.
