Helen Evans Stokes, 78, of Florence, SC, passed away on Wednesday, September 28, 2022.  She was born in Florence County, a daughter of the late Marvin and Christine Evans.  She is also predeceased by her husband, Evander "Bill" Stokes, Jr. and her siblings.

Surviving is her son, Evander "Bill" Stokes, III (Paula); her daughter, Tina Marie Stokes; five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Cain Calcutt Funeral Home is entrusted with cremation services for Mrs. Stokes.
