A funeral service for Mrs. Hazel Moore Kennedy, wife of the late Donald Joe Kennedy will be at 3PM, May 12, 2010, in Cain Funeral Home Chapel, conducted by Rev. Barry McKenzie. Interment will follow in Garden of Memories Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM Tuesday at Cain Funeral Home. Mrs. Kennedy, 71, died May 9, 2010, in a Marion County Hospital. She was born July 9, 1938 in Florence, SC, to the late Rufus Norman and Belle L. Burris Moore. Survivors include: daughters, Lou Jones, and Lynn Thompson; son, Glenn Kennedy; grandchildren, Donald Jones, Ashley Grey, Jessie Grey, Brittany Grey, and Haley Kennedy; and a great-grandchild, Dayton Kennedy.
