Effingham, SC Harry Donald Williamson, 61, of Effingham, died on Thursday, January 15, 2015, at his residence after an extended illness. He was born in Marion, SC, a son of the late Harry and Mary Byrd Williamson. Donald is preceded in death by, in addition to his parents, two sisters, Jackie W. Tucker and Penny W. Rabon, and a brother, Ronnie Williamson. Donald is the previous owner of Fludd's Gunsmith Shop and was owner of Lock, Stock & Barrel in Florence, SC. He was a member of the SC Locksmith Association. He was an avid hunter and outdoorsman. He is survived by a daughter, April Smith of Manning, SC and a brother, Chuckie (Paige) Williamson of Spartanburg, SC, a special nephew, Josh Williamson of Spartanburg, SC., and many other nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 pm on Saturday, January 17, 2015, at Cain Funeral Home. A private graveside service will be held on Sunday at Rose Hill Cemetery in Marion, SC. Memorial contributions can be made in lieu of flowers to Cain Funeral Home to assist the family with the funeral arrangements.
