A memorial service for Harry Robert Nelson will be at 7:00PM Wednesday May 26, 2010 in the Cain Funeral Home Chapel conducted by Rev. Ron Hiester. The family will receive friends immediately following the service. In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Faces and Voices of Recovery PE, 1722 Stratford Circle, Florence, SC 29505 or to the Charity of Donor's choice. Mr. Nelson, 68, died Friday May 21, 2010, at his residence. He was born July 20, 1942 in Baltimore, MD to the late Robert E. and Louise Harrison Nelson. He was a graduate of McLean, VA High School. Mr. Nelson was a reidential and commericial construction superitendent in Florence for many years. He was a long time member of the 12 Step Fellowship.. Surviving are: sons, Todd Nelson of Greenville, SC and Lee Nelson of Florence; sister, Judy (Jerry) Smith of Florence; grandchildren, Monica, Levi and Landon Nelson.
