Glenda Gaskins McLeod, 88, of Florence, SC, passed away on Monday, April 8, 2024.  She was born in Hemingway, SC, a daughter of the late Effie Lee Gaskins and Dudley Rembert Gaskins.  She is also predeceased by two husbands, James Prosser Gaskins and Condy Glenwood McLeod, and two brothers, Carl Gaskins and Faye Gaskins.  Mrs. McLeod was a member of Southside Baptist Church and also attended Peace Free Will Baptist Church.  She worked in banking and retired after 36 years.  She was an avid bowler and loved traveling.

Surviving is her daughter, Debra Gaskins Flowers; granddaughter, Lynn Flowers Hollohan (Rev. Patrick); brother, Larry E. Gaskins (Sandra); sister-in-law, Ellen; three great-grandchildren, Joseph Hollohan, Kevin Hollohan and Abigail Hollohan; a dear friend, Ray Collins; and a number of nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday, April 12, 2024 at Cain Calcutt Funeral Home with visitation following the service.  Burial will follow at 3:30 PM at Gaskins Cemetery, 4129 Cane Branch Circle, Pamplico, SC 29583.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity or church of one's choice.
