Glen Dale Gardner, II, 51, of Florence, passed away on Monday, November 3, 2025 at the McLeod Hospice House after a brief illness.

Mr. Gardner was born in Florence, SC a son of Brenda Filyaw Ford and the late Glen Dale Gardner.  He was a talented professional painter and was known for his unique personality.

Surviving are his mother and step-father, Brenda and Brian Ford; son, Bradley Gardner; and long-time companion, Stacey Ellison.

The family would like to thank the nurses and doctors who cared for him.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

The family will receive friends at the residence of his mother, 635 Poor Farm Road, Florence, SC 29505.
