Gary Dean Hudson, 72, of Florence, passed away on Saturday, August 29, 2026.

Mr. Hudson was born in Florence, SC the son of the late William “Billy” Hudson and Mary Hudson. He was a member of Florence Bible Chapel.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his children, Gary Dean Hudson, Jr. and Casey Lauren Hudson; and 6 siblings.

Surviving are his wife, Pam Gibson; grandchildren, Jacob Duffy, Jessica Duffy, and Bobby McClatchey; and brother, Buddy Hudson.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
