Frances Sitterson Webb, 87, of Summerton, SC went to be with her Lord on March 6, 2017. Mrs. Webb was born in Rocky Mount, NC, the daughter of the late Fred S. and Sudie Stewart Sitterson. She was a member of Santee Baptist Church. Over the course of her life, she was an active Christian, both singing in the choir and teaching Sunday School. She found great pleasure in gardening, music, painting and being with family. She was preceded in death in addition to her parents by her daughter, Paula W. Sansbury and her sisters, Dotie Sue Simmons and Marianna S. Byrd. Leaving behind are her devoted husband of 68 years of marriage, Paul Arbie Webb, Jr., three sons, Fred (Gail) Webb, David A. Webb, and Jerry B. Webb, five grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 11 AM on Friday, March 10, 2017 in the chapel of Cain Calcutt-Stephens Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Mount Hope Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Santee Baptist church, 12954 Hwy 260, Manning, SC 29102.
