Faith Beck Choate, 92, of Florence, passed away on Tuesday, October 7, 2025.

Mrs. Choate was born in Hamlet, North Carolina a daughter of the late Leelia Preston Davis and James Dyar Davis.  She was a member of Indiantown Presbyterian Church, the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary, and was involved in several civic activities throughout her life.  She enjoyed sports, especially her SC Gamecocks, doing word searches, and hanging out at the bowling alley.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Campbell White Choate, Sr.; daughter, Barbara Louise Choate Hensley; two sisters and two brothers.

Surviving are her sons, Campbell W. (Robin) Choate, Jr. and David B. Choate; six grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and a number of nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 3:00 pm Sunday, October 19, 2025 at Cain Calcutt Funeral Home with the family to receive friends immediately following the service at the funeral home.
