Florence, SC Elizabeth "Betty" Louise McIntire Quinn, 83, of Florence, passed away on Tuesday, December 03, 2013 at the Heritage Home of Florence. Betty was born in Mineral Ridge, OH, the oldest daughter of John Harvey and Marguerite Donehue McIntire. She was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church. She is preceded in death in addition to her parents by a brother, John Edward McIntire and a grandchild, Christopher Quinn. Surviving are her loving husband, John Francis Quinn of Florence; four sons, John Michael Quinn of Cleveland, TX, Robert Nelson Quinn of Telford, TN, Timothy Joseph Quinn of Cheektowaga, NY and Patrick Anthony Quinn of Clarence Center, NY; two daughters, Maureen Elizabeth Quinn Rude of Wynnewood, OK and Theresa Eileen Quinn Horne of Florence; a sister, JoAnn Thompson of Niles, OH; nine grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial will be said at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, December 10, 2013 at St. Anthony Catholic Church. Burial will follow in the Florence National Cemetery directed by Cain Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM on Monday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to St. Anthony Catholic Church.
