Florence, SC Elda Kirnbauer Oliver, 89, of Florence, SC, died Thursday, March 7, 2013, at McLeod Hospice House. She was born in Chicago, IL, a daughter of the late John and Mary Paus Kirnbauer. Elda was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Survivors include her husband of 64 years, Robert James Oliver of Florence, SC; 3 sons, William James Oliver of Florence, SC; Robert Allen (Carolyn) Oliver of Ft. Myers, FL; Thomas John (Carol) Oliver of Hartsville, SC; a daughter, Joanne Marie (Burt) McFarland of Hampton, VA; a granddaughter, Courtney Oliver and a grandson, Christopher Oliver. A private service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to McLeod Hospice House, 1203 E. Cheves Street, Florence, SC 29506. Cain Funeral Home is assisting the family.
