A graveside service for Doris Calhoun Burch, widow of Robert McLaurin Burch, will be at 3:00PM, Sunday, December 28, 2008, in Mount Hope Cemetery, conducted by Rev. Richard Barbare. The family will receive friends following the service at the cemetery. Memorials may be made to Alzheimer's Association, P.O. Box 7044 Columbia, SC 29202 or to the charity of your choice. Mrs. Burch, 83, formerly of Florence, died Thursday, December 25, 2008 in Life Care Center. She was born May 16, 1925, in Dillon County, SC, to the late Hugh L. and Bessie Bryant Calhoun. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church, Florence and worked with Girl Scout Council of the Pee Dee. Surviving, are: daughter, Kim B. Windsor, of Columbia; son, Robert (Jan) M. Burch, Jr. of Augusta, GA; grandchildren, Emily Windsor, Palmer Windsor, Laurin (Jen) Burch, Alyson Burch, Amanda Burch, Ryan Burch; and great-grandchild, Riley Burch; sister, Sara McKenzie of Florence;
