A visitation for Ms. Doris Helen Blackwell Smith, will be Saturday, October 18, 2008 7-9, at Cain Funeral Home. The family suggests memorials be made to the American Cancer Society P.O. Box 22718 Oklahoma City, OK 73123-1718. Ms. Smith, 68, of Florence, died Thursday, October 16, 2008, at her residence after an illness. She was born September 6, 1940, in Chesnee, SC, to the late Nesbitt Blackwell and the late Lucille Jolly Blackwell. She was predeceased by a brother Defoy Blackwell. Among her survivors are: Son, Robert A Sharpe of Lexington, SC, Sisters, Freda Robinson, and Carolyn Stephens both of Chesnee, SC, Grandchildren; Kody L Sharpe, and Adam R Sharpe, and Caregiver, Brenda Jordan of Florence, SC.
