DeEtta Goble Hunt, 73, of Summerville, S.C., died Friday, June 10, 2016 at McLeod Regional Medical Center. She was born in Vermillion, South Dakota, a daughter of the late George and Lena Iverson. Ms. Hunt was employed with McLeod Regional Medical Center for 35 years as a nurse's assistant. She is predeceased by five brothers and sisters. Ms. Hunt is survived by six children, Tina Housand of Summerville, S.C.; Gina Broach of Florence, S.C.; James (Kelly) Goble of Florence, S.C.; Scott (Stacy) Sherer of Florence, S.C.; Gary (Terra) Sherer of Dillon, S.C.; Clint (Ashley) Sherer of Florence, S.C.; one sister, Ruth Utley of Indiana; 12 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. A private service will be held at a later date.
