Debra J. Phillips, 64, of Florence, SC, passed away Tuesday, July 3, 2018, at McLeod Hospice House after an extended illness. She was born in Mullins, SC, to the late Elbert Jackson and the late Julia Belle Richardson Jackson. She was a member of Ariel Baptist Church. She spent her life serving and loving her family.

She is survived by her husband, Marcus Phillips, of Florence; her children: Kristy Phillips Nickles (Lee) of Sylva, NC, Andrew Phillips of Charleston, Marc Phillips of Florence, and Tammy Phillips Dannels (Eddy) of Bentonville, AR; her grandchildren: Stephen, Lydia, and Philip Nickles; two brothers: Wayne Jackson of Marion and David Jackson of Nichols; sister Ellen Jackson Taylor of Florence, and many beloved nieces and nephews.
