Debra Evans Collins, 57, died on Friday, June 27, 2014, at her residence. She was born in Florence, SC, a daughter of the late Raymond Evans and Frankie Oakley Evans Buffkin. Debra is predeceased by, in addition to her parents, husband, Bobby Collins. She is survived by her daughter, Deanne (Brent) Shoemake; brother, Stacey Evans; two grandchildren, Tyler and Hunter Shoemake; and her former husband, Dean Sellers, all of Florence, SC. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
