Florence, SC Deborah Lene Turner, 60, of Florence, passed away on Tuesday, November 12, 2013 at MUSC. Debbie was born in Florence, a daughter of the late Ossie LaRue "O.L." and Nettie Mae Turner. She was a retired school teacher at South Florence High School and had a true love for animals. Surviving are her two daughters, Jessica (Joe) Coates of Charleston & Lindsay (Travis) Haselden of Florence; five grandchildren, Meredith, Brett, Jac, Asher, & Wyatt; four sisters and a brother. The family will receive friends from 5-7 pm on Saturday, November 16, 2013 at Cain Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the Florence Area Humane Society.
