David "Dave" Robert Campbell, 86, of Florence, SC, passed away on Monday, May 10, 2021.  He was born in Clarksburg, WV, son of the late Doris Thalimer Campbell and George Donald Campbell.  Dave was a member of Highland Park United Methodist Church and volunteered at Lighthouse Ministries for many years.  He was a member of the Senior Kiwanis Club.  Dave earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from Purdue University and worked for DuPont.  He enjoyed working out at the YMCA and loved working in his yard.

Surviving are his wife, Nancy Joan Clark Campbell; daughter, Cynthia Campbell of Charlotte, NC; son, Bruce Campbell (Eve) of Columbia, SC; and two grandchildren, Anderson Campbell and Benjamin Campbell.

A graveside service with military honors, directed by Cain Calcutt Funeral Home, will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, May 18, 2021 at Florence National Cemetery.
