Clara Everett Leach, 76, of Florence, SC, passed away on Wednesday, July 17, 2019.  Born in Florence, she was a daughter of the late Frank W. and Clara Gillespie Everett.

Mrs. Leach was a member of First Presbyterian Church.  She worked with her husband, Phillip, refinishing furniture and enjoyed working in her yard with her flowers and cross-stitching.  She graduated from McClenaghan High School, Class of 1961.

She is survived by her husband, Charles Phillip Leach; a son, Charles Dean (Bonnie) Leach; daughter, Pamela Leach (Jim) Sills; grandson, Phillip Montgomery (Stephanie) Leach; three granddaughters, Megan Sills (Michael) Horney, Katherine Sills (Jack Miller), and Ashley Burley; and five great grandchildren, Easton Phillip Leach, Charlotte Elizabeth Horney, Bryson Hart, Kaylee Hart and Ryder Roberts.

A graveside funeral service, directed by Cain Calcutt Funeral Home, will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday, July 19, 2019, at Florence National Cemetery.

The family would like to thank Dr. Gilliam Skinner and the staff at Southland Nursing Center for the love and care given to Mrs. Leach.
