Effingham, SC Christina Marie Williams, 29, of Effingham, SC, died on Saturday, January 18, 2014. Christina was born in Tampa, Florida, a daughter of Joseph Richard and Wanda Elaine Brown Lewis. Christina is preceded in death by her father, Joseph R. Lewis, her maternal grandfather, George Edward Brown, and her maternal step-grandfather, Otis Gerald Graham. Christina was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church and a member of the Harry Sillman Sunday school class. She worked as a cosmetologist, where she had a true passion of making people look beautiful. She is survived by her husband, Elbert Franklin Williams, II; her son, Raymond Kace Lewis, and her daughter, Brittney Sahara Craig; her mother, Wanda Elaine Brown (Kenny) Chapman; a brother, Benjamin (Jennifer) Lewis; her maternal grandmother, Betty Graham; paternal grandparents, Billy Joe and Nellie Mae Lewis; nephew, Lawson Lewis; mother and father-in-law, Elbert and Margarita Williams; grandmother-in-law, Lillian Carpenter; sister-in-law, Alicia (William) Butler; and nephew-in-law, Neal Butler. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, January 24, 2014, in the chapel at Cain Funeral Home. Burial will be at Mount Hope Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 pm on Thursday, January 23, 2014, at Cain Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Cain Funeral Home to assist the family.
