A funeral service for Mr. Charles Joseph Gagliardi, husband of Leola Moore Gagliardi will be at 3:00PM, Monday December 6, 2010, in Christ Episcopal Church, conducted by Father Michael Burton. The family will receive friends 3:00-5:00PM Sunday at Cain Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Florence Golden "K" Kiwanis Club Foundation, C/O Gene Whisnant, 1321 Berkley Ave. Florence, SC 29505. Mr. Gagliardi, 80, died December 3, 2010, in Florence, SC. He was born April 7, 1930, in Dobbs Ferry, NY, to the late Charles and Louise Tucci Gagilardi. He was predeceased by his parents, brothers, Pat Gagliardi and Natale Gagliardi; sisters Margaret Lucko, and Nancy Barbieri. Charles was a member of the Florence Golden "K" Kiwanis Club, and All Saints Episcopal Church. He attended Christ Episcopal Church, and was part of the Christ Episcopal Church Men's Club. He was very active in the Golden "K" Kiwanis Club RIF program, and enjoyed participating in any community activity. Surviving in addition to his wife are: son, Charles David (Christine Ann) Gagliardi of Longmont, CO; grandchild, Jane Kyren Gagliardi; sisters, Josphine Gagliardi, Jean Gagliardi, and Virginia Gagliardi all of Dobbs Ferry, NY.
