Cebie Katheryn Schnibben Perkins of Florence South Carolina died Sunday, March 26. Cebie earned a bachelor's degree from Newberry College and a master's degree from Clemson University. For years Cebie was employed by DuPont as a Systems Analysist. Most recently, Cebie was both the Fitness Manager at McLeod Health and the Treasurer of St. Luke Lutheran Church. Cebie's two loves were health and fitness and her church. She managed to turn both into professions.

Cebie was preceded in death by her husband David Lee Perkins and her parents George and Julia Schnibben. She is survived by her brother and sister George (Cindy) Schnibben and Julie (Mark) Vinson. Further surviving are her nephews and nieces: Jonathan (April), David (Alix), Thomas Schnibben, Sara (James) Maclachlan, Daniel (Alex), and Matthew (Kalei) Vinson. Grand nephews and nieces: McKinney, Maxton, Alastair, Josephine, and Dexter Schnibben, Nate and Brody Maclachlan, and Jack Vinson. Also, very special family friend Phil Killian.

Visitation for the family will be in the Gathering area of Saint Luke Lutheran Church at 1:00 PM on Thursday March 30.  After that a Service directed by Cain Calcutt Funeral Home will be held, also at St. Luke Lutheran Church at 2:00 PM.  There will be a private burial at Mt Hope.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Saint Luke Lutheran Church or to the Florence Area Humane Society.
