Florence, SC Cathy Marie Reinhard, 50, of Florence, SC, passed away on August 6 , 2016, at McLeod Hospice House. She was born in Florence, SC, a daughter of Bette June Ellis Reinhard and the late Roland George Reinhard. Cathy worked 19 years at McDonald's and the Sheltered Workshop. She was a member of Central United Methodist Church and the Sunshine Sunday School Class. She was a Gold Medal winner in the World Special Olympics and was a fan of Atlanta Braves baseball. She is survived by her mother, Bette June Ellis Reinhard; brothers, Daryl (Cheryl) Reinhard, Dale (Velma) Reinhard, and David (Darolyn) Reinhard, all of Florence; two nephews, Kevin Reinhard and Jason Reinhard, both of Florence; niece, Brandy (Joshua) Floyd of Florence; and a great niece, Jaidyn Floyd of Florence. A funeral service will be held Tuesday, August 9, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. in the Florence Memorial Gardens Mausoleum Chapel with Entombment to follow directed by Cain Calcutt-Stephens Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at Florence Memorial Gardens from 10-11:00 prior to the service. The family would like to offer special thanks to Diane Hepburn, Cathy's caregiver and special friend, and to McLeod Hospital and McLeod Hospice, the doctors, nurses and staff.
