A memorial service for Carol Jeanette Schmiel McIntire, wife of Benjamin McIntire, will be at 1:00pm, Saturday, March 14, 2009, in the Risen Christ Lutheran Church, Myrtle Beach, with Rev. John Kassouf officiating. Inurnment will be in the Church Columbarium. A reception will follow in the Parish Hall. Mrs. McIntire, 80, died Friday, March 6, 2009, at her residence after an illness. She was born March 1, 1929, in Cleveland, OH, to the late Charles and Mary Lou May Schmiel. She was a member of Risen Christ Lutheran Church and was a teacher's aide at the church school. Later she worked for Scents Unlimited. Surviving, in addition to her husband, of Florence, are: daughter, Heather (William) M. Smith of Florence, and sister, Mary Ann Nielsen of Cleveland, OH
