Carol E. Kaher, 77, of Hartsville, SC, passed away on Saturday, July 9, 2016. She was born in Mt. Vernon, Ohio, a daughter of the late Kenneth Dale Tennant and Thelma Bradrick Tennant. She is survived by a sister, Dortho Hemeren, of Hartsville, SC.
