Carol Tolson Enzor, 78, of Florence, passed away on Saturday, August 22, 2026.

Mrs. Enzor was born in Florence, SC a daughter of the late Emmett Woodrow Tolson and Geneva Margaret Williamson Tolson. Carol retired from Bellsouth after 40 years of service and was a member of the Telephone Pioneers. She was a member of Ebenezer Baptist Church and had been a member of the Florence Shag Club along with her husband, Jerry.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry F. Enzor, and sister, Betty Teague.

Surviving are her sons, Brad (Marianne) Enzor and Chad (Amy) Enzor; grandchildren, Coleson and Katherine Enzor; step-grandchild, Addy Walker; brother, Emmett “Bubba” (Marsha) Tolson; and a number of nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to Ebenezer Baptist Church, 524 S. Ebenezer Road, Florence, SC 29501.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 – 2:00 pm Tuesday, August 25, 2026 at Ebenezer Baptist Church with the service to be held at 2:00 pm at the church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery directed by Calcutt-Dowling Funeral Home.
