A funeral service for Mr. Bruce Colin Smith, husband of Elaine Truesdell Smith will be at 2:00 pm, Friday January 14, 2011, at Cain Funeral Home Chapel, conducted by the Rev. Cragan Blankenship. He was born February 7, 1938, in Toronto, Canada to the late George and Pearl Warmington Smith. Bruce was a Watercolor Artist and was an avid golfer. He was predeceased by his parents and a brother, Dale Smith. Surviving in addition to his wife are: sons, Mark Smith, and Sean Smith of Toronto, Canada; daughters, Alison Smith of Toronto, Canada, and Dawn Lyles (Steve) Contino of Rockhill, SC; granddaughter, Genna Contino; brothers, Wayne Smith, and Doug Smith; special friends, Robert (Bernice) Medlin of Florence, and Mark (Diana) Pellington of Wilmington, NC.
