Billy Wayne Fowler, 61, of Florence, SC, passed away on Saturday, July 13, 2019.  He was born in Florence, a son of the late Odis and Betty Lou Bullard Fowler.  He is also predeceased by his wife, Tammy Edwards Fowler.

Billy served with the Army National Guard.  He was retired from Dupont and also worked as an EMT.  He loved fishing and rebuilding old cars.

Billy is survived by his daughter, Kristi (Jamie) Sellers and two grandchildren, Benji and Kodi Sellers.

A funeral service will be held at 12:00 PM on Wednesday, July 17, 2019, in the chapel of Cain Calcutt Funeral Home, with burial to follow at Florence Memorial Gardens.  The family will receive friends from 11:00 until 12:00 on Wednesday prior to the service at the funeral home.
