Florence, SC Billy Herman Davis, 43, died on Thursday, May 28, 2015, at McLeod Regional Hospital. He was born in Sumter, SC, a son of the late Roy Davis and Sybil Davis Pigate, and stepfather, Willie Pigate. Billy is predeceased by his parents and his wife, Ginger; a sister, Linda Riles of Sumter; brothers Teddy Davis and Todd Davis of Florence. Billy was a hard working professional painter and he loved his family and God. He enjoyed playing with his "big truck". He is survived by sisters, Delores Marchant of Walterboro, SC and Lucy Lynch of Ashville, NC; brothers, Donnie Davis of Mississippi and Roy Davis of Florence; 17 nieces and nephews and 18 great nieces and nephews. The family will receive visitors from 6:00 until 8:00 pm at Cain-Calcutt-Stephens Funeral Home on Sunday, May 31, 2015. A funeral service will be held on Monday at 1:00 pm in the funeral home chapel with burial following at Mount Hope Cemetery in Florence.
