A graveside service for Mrs. Beulah "Gertrude" Godwin Huggins Miles, will be at 11:00AM, Thursday January 6, 2011, at St. Paul United Methodist Church in Coward, conducted by the Rev. Bob Norris. The family will receive friends 6:00-8:00PM Wednesday at Cain Funeral Home, and other times at the residence of Milton and Renee Miles, 2125 Damon Drive Florence, SC 29505. Mrs. Miles, 81, died January 2, 2011, in Florence after an extended illness. She was born December 3, 1929, in Lake City, SC, to the late Delta Ira and Beulah Osteen Carpenter Godwin. She was predeceased by her parents, first husband, Manley N. Huggins; son, Joseph Manley Huggins; brothers, Richard Arnold "Dick" Godwin, Clarence Edward "Dink" Godwin, Carroll Leigh Godwin, and Ira Godwin. Survivors include: children, Amanda H. Meyer of Louisville, KY, Adelia M. Sebnick, and Milton (Renee) Miles both of Florence; grandchildren, Reid Downing Huggins of Florence, Justin Miles Sebnick of Lake City, Alexus (Ben) Sebnick Lee of Columbia, Brittany Leigh Miles, Chase Campbell Miles both of Florence, and Megan Amanda Meyer of Louisville, KY; and a great-grandchild Chandler Reid Huggins of Florence.
