A funeral service for Barry Musser Coldren, husband of Gloria M. Coldren, will be at 2:00PM, Saturday, February 21, 2009, in Mount Hope Mausoleum Chapel, conducted by Rev. Will Malambri and Rev. Keith Parker. Inurnment will follow in the Mausoleum. The family will receive friends at the home, 2016 Treasure Cove following the service. Mr. Coldren, 73, died Wednesday, February 18, 2009, in a local hospital. He was born November 18, 1935, in Centre Hall, PA, to the late Meredith and Martha Tressler Coldren. He was a faithful member of Central United Methodist Church and the Spiritual Guidance Sunday School Class. Mr. Coldren served in the US Navy during WWII and was retired from General Electric. Surviving, in addition to his wife, are: step-son, Charles (Phyliss) Walters and step-daughter, Nellie (Rhemer) Munn both of Florence; 2 grandchildren; and sister, Marlene Galow of Poughkeepsie, NY.
