Antoinette E. "Toni" Grimes Hermes, 78, of Timmonsville, died Tuesday, July 3, 2012 in Florence, SC. She was born May 11, 1934 in Carolina, RI to the late John and Esther Robitallie Grimes. Mrs. Hermes was a member of All Saints Episcopal Church. She was active with the Daughters of the King's, and had retired from La-Z-Boy in Florence. Antoinette was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, John Grimes. Survivors include: husband - Rev. Jed Hermes of Timmonsville; daughters - Cindy (Bobby) Pridgen of Greensboro, NC and Debbie (Greg) Talbert of Hartsville; grandchildren - A.J. (Louise) Talbert and Ashley Talbert both of Hartsville; great-grandchild - Evan Talbert; brothers - William (Judy) Grimes, Roger (Celia) Grimes and Barry (Pat) Grimes all of RI. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, July 11, 2012, at 12:30 P.M. at All Saints Episcopal Church. Interment will follow at Florence National Cemetery.
