Anthony Blake Cecil, 49, of Effingham died Thursday November 12, 2009. Blake was born January 8, 1960 in Princeton WV son of Pete Cecil and the late Grace Finke. He was employed by Dixie Cup for ten years and was a member of PeeDee Community Fellowship Church. In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by a brother, Ricky Cecil, paternal grandparents, Ervie Cecil and Minnie Everidge, maternal grandparents, Edith and Bob Walters, who raised him. Those left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 27 years, Rhonda Harmon Cecil, son Brandon (fiancee Shannon) of the home, daughter, LeAnn Cecil of WV, father, Pete Cecil of WV, in-laws, Ronald and Jane Harmon, Barry (Barbara) Harmon all of WV, sisters, Karen (James) Mueller, Delsey Roomsburg, Cindy (Perry) Willis, Sheila (Scott) Bartow, brother, Bobby Finke, special aunt, Dana (Ray) Blackwood, special uncles, Colon (Janie) Walters, David (Pat) Walters, grandchildren, Bethany, Michael, Brynden, Brianna and many nieces, nephews and friends. A memorial service will be held at 6PM Saturday November 21, 2009 in Grace Baptist Church, 2400 Third Loop Rd. with Pastor Bryan Chapman officiating.
