Andrew Philip Kilkenny, 24, of Johnsonville, SC, passed away on Tuesday, September 10, 2024 at McLeod Regional Medical Center in Florence.  He was born in Upper Darby, PA, the son of Nicole Kilkenny Gonzalez (Michael).  He played football in kindergarten until the 7th grade and enjoyed playing soccer, basketball and wrestling.  He took pride in being a junior firefighter and a blood donor.  He attended Shenandoah Valley PA schools until he transferred in the 11th grade and graduated from Solanco High School in Lancaster County PA. He was a trade educated diesel mechanic and welder who moved to Johnsonville 3 months ago to make a better life for his family.  He was currently working at Bluemax Trucking in Conway.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing, working on cars and tinkering with anything.

Andrew is survived by his mother Nicole and his step-father Michael; his girlfriend, Stormy Workman; a daughter, Elena Kilkenny; his maternal grandmother, Eileen Pfaff; and his siblings, Matthew Matsuk, Tabathia Kilkenny, Vanessa Kilkenny, Michael Gonzalez, Kayla Gonzalez, Shana Gonzalez and Tharen Tabourn.
