Anastasios Spontis, 68, of Florence, SC, passed away on Sunday, September 11, 2022.  He was born in Thessalonki, Greece, a son of the late Hersouli and Stephanos Spontis.  Anastasios served in the military in Greece before coming to the United States.  He worked as a plant manager building fiber glass boats.

Surviving is his wife, Shirley Port Spontis; son, Steve Spontis; daughter, Kelley Hodge (Dwayne); and two granddaughters, DJ Spontis and Chansie Pace.

Cremation services have been entrusted to Cain Calcutt Funeral Home.

Memorials may be made in honor of Anastasios to a charity of one's choice.
