Aldridge Jefferson Rogers, 70, of Florence, SC, died on Sunday, October 4, 2015, at Carolinas Hospital. He was born in Marion, SC, a son of Sam and Luetta Scott Rogers. He is predeceased by his parents and siblings, Willie Rogers, Commander Byrd Rogers, Lundburg Rogers, Redfern Rogers, Nadine Rogers, Ulmer Rogers, Eugene (Cheyanne) Rogers, Wedell Rogers, Altheon Rogers Allen, Velma Rogers, Parnel Rogers and Linwood Rogers. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Sandra Rogers; children, Anthony Michael Vandreuil Rogers, Carla Jean Rogers, and Debbie Rogers Willis; grandchildren, Willie Willis, William Willis, Kristel Rogers, Miranda Willis and Marrisa Willis; siblings, Nylon Wade, Swanson Rogers and Alvern Abram; one great grandchild and a host of nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 10, 2015, at 2:00 PM at Cain-Calcutt-Stephens Funeral Home Chapel, with Entombment to follow at Mount Hope Cemetery Mausoleum. The family will receive friends from 12:00 until 2:00 prior to the service at the funeral home.
